15-Year-Olds Arrested for Flashing
	Florida: Two fifteen-year-olds have been arrested and charged with indecent exposure in public/exposure of sexual organs after Charlotte County Sheriff Bill Cameron caught them exposing their breasts at State Road 776 traffic. Police released the girls to their parents. Sheriff Cameron also arrested 33-year-old Robert Lee Blevins after seeing him take a photo of the pair flashing. Blevins has been released on $3,500 bail having been charged with misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor and felony possessing photographs of sexual performance by a child.

	How was he supposed to know how old
	they were? I mean if I saw a girl flashing her boobs, I dont know any guy that wouldnt try to take a picture if he could! This should not be his problem whatsoever... This just makes me sick to think that some girls can literally just say, "Hey lets get some people arrested" and can just go out and flash people and any guy that sees them can literally go to jail if he pops out a camera... The issue lay with the girls, not any men they were entrapping. I hope this guy get a lawyer and sues the shit out of these girls and their families for the hell he is about to go through.

	what next?
	the man taking the picture of not involved with the girls could have been taking the picture to turn in to police they were exposing themselves. as for showing sex, the human body as a whole is sex. can one tell sex by looking at the face? in most cases yes, proving just the sight of body parts can be "sex". why didn´t the depuety charge attempted rape as the man had the "tool" for that! more and more idiots with badges!

	"lewd exhibition of the genitals" is the law regarding sexual performance by a child , flashing isn´t lewd. I imagine there doing the ´throw it at the wall and see what sticks´ in court. Thora burch was 16 in American beauty when they did her topless scene. Hopefully he gets a lawyer with a brain that can defend him.

	Intepretation of laws
	I get the delinquency of minors but not the sexual performance of a child. Physically they are adults even if they don´t have adult rights, (or in this case an adult mind). Minor != child. Maybe teenagers in this culture would be willing to entertain the concept of acting like adults if they were considered so. Also, everything in public is within a photographer´s rights, whether it be police brutality, crime in the act, or public exhibitionism. It´s all about constitutionally benefitting society by observance of culture.

	I think.....(this could be dangerous)....
	everyone that drove down that road and ´looked´ should be arrested and charged as sex offenders for ´looking´. Lock them all up and make them all register as sex offenders for life. The prison industrial complex will love this. Furthermore I´d like to see every under age kid in the country spend a day running around nakid and anyone that saw even one of them should be arrested and locked up and forced to register for life. This country has been turned into a fu@ked up pile of sh!t by a bunch of greedy, lowlife, politicians pandering to uptight, insecure, sexually frustrated, Bible thumping, decrepit, old spinsters. I went skinny dippin when I was a kid, anybody else? Why is it that my tax dollars are being spent to slaughter 28,000 people in Mexico in a "drug war" over the past 5 years and I can see pictures of the massacred bodies on the News but if a 15 year old stands on the side of the road topless we are all going to jail? Who is committing the ´real´ crime? And that´s what happens when "I think...."

	Valk is 100% correct. If a 15 year old Traci Lords can pass as 18, as my wife achieved when she was 12, then unless they ~clearly~ looked to be minors, Blevins should get a walk on this. If they "appeared" to be 18 then golly gosh I´d be taking pictures too! Uh, to document the event in case it ever became an issue. How long before it comes up the AG or Sheriff in this case has an upcoming election in Flori-DUH?

	in most jurisdictions, as long as the darkened circle of skin surrounding the nipple is covered, the girls are still decent... ...all they need to do is put a large band-aid over their areolae (those darkened circles) and they can show anyone and everyone their breasts
