Man's Death At Recycling Facility Ruled Accidental

Police said a homeless man found in a pile of cardboard at a recycling facility in Moraine died accidentally after he crawled into a large recycling bin at a shopping center and fell asleep.
Moraine police Sgt. Chris Selby tells The Dayton Daily News that pending the results from toxicology tests, their investigation showed that Paul Wilder died Wednesday morning from injuries he suffered after he was picked up in a recycling truck.
The 44-year-old Wilder was found hours later among materials deposited at a Moraine recycling facility.
The Montgomery County coroner's office said Wilder died from multiple blunt force injuries consistent with being crushed in the truck.
Selby said toxicology test results on Wilder will be available in four to eight weeks.
Police said workers were in the process of back-hoeing the pile of recyclables when they discovered the body.
