Two NATO tankers attacked in Khyber Agency

LANDIKOTAL: The driver and the conductor of a NATO oil tanker were shot and injured when Taliban attacked two NATO oil tankers near Paranag Sam checkpost in Jamrud on Monday.
Both oil tankers, which were carrying 84,000 litres oil for the NATO forces in Afghanistan, were set ablaze.
This is the second reaction from the Taliban after the drone strikes in Tirrah valley where more than 50 Taliban were killed.
According to locals, the armed attackers fired with automatic guns and rockets on the oil tankers, which caught fire. They said that the driver received two bullets in his hands while the conductor injured his leg. No group has claimed responsibility of the attack.
