Truck Progress docked to the ISS

Cargo ship Progress M-07M "successfully docked to the International Space Station.As stated in the message on the site Roskosmos, docking in the automatic mode.
Two previous truck due to technical problems had to manually docked, and for the docking of Progress M-06M "It took two attempts.
Progress M-07M delivered to the ISS more than 2.5 tons of cargo - fuel, supplies of compressed oxygen, food, scientific equipment, additional equipment for the Russian and American segments of the station, as well as parcels for the crew. In addition, as reported by ITAR-TASS, the astronauts brought back the questionnaires to participate in the All-Russian population census, which will be held in October.
In September and October, "Progress" will be utilized for the correction of the ISS orbit. According to agency "Interfax", the purpose of these exercises will be to create conditions for landing a manned spacecraft Soyuz TMA-18 spacecraft and docking of the Soyuz TMA-01M, as well as preparation for docking cargo spacecraft Progress M-08M and the space shuttle Discovery.
