In a major onslaught aimed at the Haqqani group, US drones fired missiles at their hideouts in the north-west tribal region killing 12 terrorists. About 10 to 12 drones carried out a wave of attacks on Dargah Mandi and Danday Darpa Khel near Miranshah, the main town in North Waziristan. (indian express)
