Pakistan needs fresh culture in politics

LONDON: Former President Musharraf has said Pakistan needs a new and fresh political culture, which will help eradicate decades long failed politics from Pakistan, Geo News reported. He said prevailing political scenario needs a new political party. In a televised interview in US, Musharraf admitted that he made grave mistakes at the end of his tenure including encountering with judiciary and imposition of emergency in civil society. He said he was never accused of corruption instead, according to him, his popularity graph declined owing to wrong decisions at the end of his regime. US support is never appreciated in Pakistan, therefore I have not sought it as yet, he replied to a question, adding that Pakistan army is better encountering than US-led allied forces. US should equip Pakistan with drones instead of launching cross-border attacks, he urged.(international news) =====================================
