Bomb threat on Air India flight, makes emergency landing

New Delhi, Jan 11: A Mumbai-Delhi Air India Flight landed under emergency following a bomb threat on the flight on Tuesday, Jan 10.

Reports reveal that the Air India call centre received a call from an anonymous person who claimed that the flight was carrying a baggage with bomb inside.


The pilot of the flight was then asked to land at the nearest airport. The flight was taken to the isolation bay after it landed at IGI airport.

After the passangers were deboarded, security personnel and police searched the baggage for the explosives.
