Bhopal girls organize 'slut-walk'

Bhopal: A group of girls today staged a 'slut-walk' or what is locally known as 'Besharmi Morcha' here today to protest against those who claim that women suffer eve teasing and sexual harassment because they dress up provocatively.

The march was thinly attended and girls who participated in it were seen carrying placards protesting against eve teasing and sexual harassment.

The desi version of the slut-walk was organised by law students of a local college and attracted lot of support on the social networking site – Facebook.
