Police Charge Two Over Birmingham Murders

A man and a teenager have been charged with the murders of three men hit by a car in Birmingham during the riots.

They were all struck down by a car on Dudley Road in the Winson Green area of Birmingham.
West Midlands Police launched a manhunt for those responsible - and the victims' family and friends also came forward to plea for the public's help.
Police said Joshua Donald, 26, from Ladywood, and a 17-year-old Winson Green boy, who cannot be named, have been charged with three counts of murder each.
They are both due to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court later this morning.

Two other men, aged 23 and 27, who were arrested on Friday night on suspicion of being involved in the murder remain in police custody.
While a 16-year-old boy and a 32-year-old man also being questioned by detectives over the deaths have been bailed pending further enquiries.
At an earlier press conference where police were calling for more witnesses to come forward, Mr Jahan's father Tariq said he had been "humbled" by the support he had received from his community and further afield following his son's death.
"I would like to thank the community, especially the young people, for listening to what I have to say and staying calm," he said. "Thank you very much to the young generation."
The brothers' uncle, Abdullah Khan, 58, also spoke and told reporters his nephews were "hard-working young men" who gave their lives trying to protect their community.
He added: "We have lost two sons, which has left their family in complete shock and devastation.
"What we want is justice for our family."
