Fresh thyme has a deep vegetal aroma that, surprisingly, is a perfect partner for sweet ingredients. It brings out the fruity and floral flavors in juices, liqueurs and muddled berries. Enjoy it with blueberries in the all-organic Country Thyme(pictured above) or with riesling wine in the Melk Abbey.
