LK Advani's Jan Chetna Yatra will on Sunday (October 30) roll into what is being said the most controversial part of his 38-day yatra. With corruption scams haunting the first ever BJP ruled state in south and Congress ridiculing the anti-corruption yatra Advani will continue his yatra in Karnataka.
The irony IS difficult to ignore with Advani’s anti-corruption yatra set to enter Karnataka today where the very man who he once backed is lodged in jail and three other party leaders face serious graft charges.
But the stage for Advani's arrival in Bangalore had already been set.
Attempts to ensure that the shadow of Yeddyurappa's corruption charges don’t fall on his Jan Chetna Yatra are constantly being made
The Congress in the state is set to rally against Advani's yatra. But with Yeddyurappa still in jail the senior BJP leader has been able to avoid the possibility of sharing the stage with the former Karnataka chief minister.=================================================
