DAYTON, Ohio, Dec. 29 (UPI) -- An Ohio woman accused of pretending to be a boy to build a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old girl has been released from jail, officials said.
Patricia Dye, 31, finished a sentence of six months in jail for contributing to the unruliness or delinquency of a child and sexual imposition of a Springboro, Ohio, girl she allegedly lured by convincing her and her guardians that she was a boy, the Dayton Daily News reported Tuesday.
Dye, of Franklin, registered as a sex offender before going home with her father.
She will undergo mental health assessment and counseling during two years on probation, authorities said.

Dye was arrested in June when she and the girl returned to Franklin after the girl ran away from her Springboro home.
