The impasse continues in Ivory Coast

The tension in Ivory Coast remains high after soldiers loyal to the incumbent president, Laurent Gbagbo had a stand-off with UN peacekeepers and former rebel fighters guarding Alassane Ouattara.
Despite the Mr Ouattara being declared winner of last month's presidential elections, he and his government have remained holed up in a hotel in Abidjan and military checkpoints remain in place on the two main roads leading to where they are sheltering.
On BBC Network Africa Bola Mosuro asked our correspondent in Abidjan, John James, for the latest.
