Are YOU man enough to put on mantlers?

On Tuesday, I unveiled the first part of my new mancyclopaedia — a cut-out-and-keep guide to all the new words inspired by the current fad for giving  old words a new, more  masculine edge by prefixing them with ‘man’ (e.g. ‘mankles’, for male ankles, ‘mankini’, for a male bikini, and ‘manbag’ for a male handbag. Here is part two:
