Isabel Chavelo Gutierrez dies while raping 77-year-old woman

REFUGIO, Texas – A 53-year-old man died while raping a 77-year-old woman on knifepoint.
According to investigators, Isabel Chavelo Gutierrez died while raping an elderly woman belonging to South Texas. His body was shifted to the Nueces County medical examiner in Corpus Christi for postmortem.
The Refugio County Sheriff’s Office, said, “Isabel Chavelo Gutierrez died during an act of raping a South Texas woman.”
The incident took place on June 2 after Isabel Chavelo traveled on bicycle from his house to that of his woman victim in coastal community of Tivoli.

“Isabel Chavelo Gutierrez sneaked into the victim’s house and died while raping the woman,”the Refugio County Sheriff’s Office said, adding that the man did not feel well during the attack and resultantly died.
According to authorities, the man was a sexual offender who had been released on parole for assaulting a child. Sheriff’s Sgt. Gary Wright Wright said the 5′-7″, 230-to-250 pound Chavelo Gutierrez had criminal history and according to locals, he used to indulge in criminal activities.
“The man was a sexual offender who had been released on parole for assaulting a child, Wright said, informing that his dead body was shifted to the Nueces County medical examiner in Corpus Christi for postmortem. According to authorities concerned, further investigations are underway and more revelations are expected.
